You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Returns outside this window cannot be accepted.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused

• Item must be in original condition

• All parts and accessories must be included

• Packaging must not be damaged

Non-Returnable Items

Any item that is used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts cannot be returned.

Return Process

2. We will provide the return address

3. Ship the item back to us

4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is damaged or missing parts, contact us immediately.
We will replace it free of charge.
