Thank you for shopping with Core EDC. Below is our official Shipping Policy to help you understand delivery times, tracking, and what to expect after placing an order.
β³ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β2 business days (MondayβFriday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may take an additional day.
π Shipping Timeframes
After your order is processed, delivery typically takes:
β’ Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3β7 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-traffic seasons. Once the carrier has your package, transit time is out of our control.
π¨ Tracking Information
Every order includes tracking.
Your tracking number will be sent to your email or phone as soon as the order ships.
If you do not receive tracking within 48 hours of purchase, contact us and we will resend it.
π Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If a package is sent to the wrong address due to customer error:

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses

If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs

Once your order is shipped, Core EDC is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier
If your tracking shows no movement for several days or the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
We will always try to assist, but we cannot replace or refund orders lost due to carrier issues.

We will quickly provide a replacement at no cost to you.
π International Shipping
At this time, Core EDC ships within the United States only.
